Proper animal care, health and comfort are the foundation of our management philosophy.

We offer grass fed beef only by the whole cow. Our cows are an Angus/Dexter cross which yields a slightly smaller amount of quality beef of superb flavor, excellent quality and with good marbling, produced on grass at 20 -24 months of age without supplementary feeding, with average carcass weights of between 200-500#.

Dexters are:

• Small
• Hardy - withstand cold temps
• Thifty - good return on pasture forage
• Good mothers - Easy calving - can raise two calves at a time
• Versatile Multi-purpose breed - Great milk and beef
• Intelligent and Full of personality - Dexters are also kept for pets
• Gentler - easier on your pastures and fences.
