Please note that prospects under three years of age can not be accepted for any status but exception no matter parental height. However all registrants are eligible for upgrade to hiqher status at any time upon meeting the requirements for the individual category.

Certified Registration Minimum Considerations:

• not larger than 14.2 hands (after age three)
• Half Morgan or more.
• At least one "C" (or greater) registered parent
• or at least one other registered parent
